Christmas Lights at the Temple

Thanksgiving weekend we were able to visit family(Jay and Cheryl Nelson and their kids) that had come to Mesa and show them the temple lights. We also went to Organ stop pizza and Foster loved it. I also think that Abigail mentioned that she wanted to have her birthday party there.
We got there about 9:45 at night after having dinner and we weren't very prepared to be in the cold. We got in a few pictures until at 10:00pm the lights completely shut off with one switch. All of the sudden it was black and Abigail was crying. The temple was the only thing left that was lit so we stayed close to it and made our way back to the car.

Everyone was a little tired. (classic essence of Abigail)

Thanksgiving

Thanksgiving this year was at Uncle Richard and Aunt Fife's house in Hereford (Sierra Vista). It was a beautiful house that they have been building for a few years.

No more pie for me thanks. (all the food was so good and the pecan pie was my favorite)

Sarah and Pearl hanging out.

Foster can always be counted on for a funny face and a cute picture.

Lots of talking and mingling.

Woody and Jesse

Toy Story has been a big thing around our house lately. We are so excited for Toy Story 3 to come out this summer. So when we were at Disneyland we made a special stop to get Woody and Jesse's autograph. Woody and Jesse were in a funny mood with the kids and tried to balance Lilly's autograph book on her head.

We also went through the princess pavilion, where you can meet and take pictures with all the Disney princesses. Andrew reluctantly went along but secretly want their autographs! Foster and Dallin thought that the swords in the gift shop were the best. And guess what we came home with.

It was a little chilly at night with the wind so we had to keep everyone covered up!

Disney land November!

So Disney land was so fun I am going to have to document it in more than one post. Wainting in line everyone was excited. We were dilligent (excited, crazy, etc...) to get there almost an hour before the park opened so that we were first in line. We had a plan and wanted to get in as much fun as we can. Everyone wore the same color every day so when we moved around in a big group it was much easier to spot everyone and stay together!

Waiting for the Opening!!!!

Lilly remember to bring her mickey ears from our last trip and wear them. It was a miracle that they didn't get lost.
Patrica and Riley looking beautiful
Andrew and Dallen trying to find a way to break in.
Mom, Lilly, Aric and April with smiles on their faces.

Pictures with Mickey

Mom and Dad being themselves posing for a picture.
It was very bright and I feel bad now telling the kids to put their hands down when I forgot that I was wearing sunglasses!
Look how my little sisters have grown! And Andrew is going practicing to be a ladies man!
Mickey looked this way the first day we were there and then had magically changed into Christmas colors for the next day...I guess that's why they call it the magic kingdom.

The Big Ball

Why does everyone one love this ball so? Because it's fun and you feel strong says Abigail.

Moby!

I love this thing. My sister Lindy told me about hers and let me try it on and I was sold. It is so comfortable and keeps baby very secure that I could do anything I wanted.

Foster would jump onto the stroller after every ride ready to go and would get frustrated with us when we didn't immediately start moving.

Jungle Cruise

All of us waiting in line for the jungle cruise. Our cruise guide was really funny in a dry sort of way. "Oh no, watch out for flying arrows....swoosh, swoosh, swoosh..."
Patricia makes the best faces.

Pearl was nice and comfy and slept most of the time in her moby.
