He Gave me my Eyes that I might see

I saw this rainbow on the way to Phoenix for Thanksgiving and had to take a little piece for myself. I love those beautiful reminders that we are loved by a Heavenly Father.
The pictures just do not do it justice.

It was a full double rainbow and I couldn't capture it with a man made contraption, how wonderful our eyes are to see these gifts.

Home-Made Ravioli

So this was my first attempt at Ravioli. I tried making it in the first place because Lilly has informed me that is what she wants for her "birthday dinner". We (especially I ) love the ones from Costco that come out of a bag. So I said to myself "You are industrious, make them yourself!" Well they took to long and were really big. We only needed to eat one a piece to be full and that is saying something for our family. So jury is still out until next time I try again.

P.S. I was a little chicken and made these while Ryan was away on business, luckly I made so much that there were still left overs when he got home!

Halloween Party

So I had to add another post for Halloween because there were just too many good pictures to share.

Our party was great. we had pumpkin brains and lots of delicious home-made doughnuts.

Candy time!!!

Well we did it this year. Between the school fall festival, church party and Halloween night we have a year supply of candy. Unfortunatly it was consumed in about two weeks.

Here are the kids costumes and the characters who came for a night of spooky fun.

Andrew was an "army marcher" (named by his cousin Dallen).

Lilly was a panther.

Abigail was a lepord.

Foster was a dalmation puppy.

Saftey Patrol

Our safety patrol was at it again showing us all how to be safe.

He is constantly bringing us these pads to cover him anywhere we can only to take them off two seconds later. I need to hide them when he goes

to bed.

Kids can fall asleep anywhere? III

How can they do this. DO I drive them to exhaustion or escape? Sometimes it looks as if a bomb has gone off in the house. I guess this is what happens when you have given up on naps.

Here's Abigail, I don't know if everyone else's kids are like this but it happens to all of us at one time or another. We just like to call it a "JS" (joint sleep)

I wish I had had a camera the other day to catch Foster asleep on my bed hanging half off head first. Unfortuantly it was a choice between grabbing his head or the camera. I hope I choose wisely.

Hockey away

Luckly nothing was broken. Foster is practicing all safety rules of the road...to bad it was in the house.

Astronomy Class

Andrew our smartest mini adult is now holding class. Here are the highlights.

Fun at the Secret Park

So I know that I am a little behind so today I am catching up on all the events that have happened in the last month. My super faboulous friend invited me to this wonderful park that was right up our alley. Every one played hard, got wet (including me) and slept well that night!
