Halloween Night

Halloween was hot and fun. Andrew was sick with the flu but Lilly and Abigail were ready to go get candy. We had fun spending it with Grandma and Grandpa Nelson in Mesa.

It's that time of year again. We struggle to get everyone together when there are so many of us with busy lives. This year we met at Reid Park just before the sun went down so the light wasn't the best but we managed to get some nice ones in...here are my favorites.

Disney Land Here We Come!!!!!

I have so much to do. We leave for Disneyland next week and we stay for a whole week! This is the motivation I needed to finish the laundry and unpack the rest of all the boxes (because I need the stuff inside). Yea!

Where did October Go??????

Wow has it been a whirlwind two months. I don't have time to upload photos but I had to jot down what has happened this month before I forget. Kids are back in school but that only happened this week. Their break was fun and over too soon. I miss having lazy mornings and changing out of pajamas optional. Our visitors Chad, Angelina and Brooklyn left the 11th of October. We had a lot of fun with them and our house is more lonely during the day, not to mention the dinners have gone down the tube. Ryan was in Texas for a business trip the week after that and it was a long week, I'm not sure what we did because the house doesn't look like we did nothing. We picked up Ryan at the airport on Friday and went to the double feature of Toy Story 1 & 2 in 3D. It was very cool and everyone had fun. All of the kids were asleep by the end except Foster who was really into it, I hope I have that picture. The next day was stake bar-b-que and Foster picked up a fever. We have been walking to school in the morning (2 miles) and it has been a great built in workout. Running is also included depending on what time we leave the house! I have been busy just today taking back the house. I am tired of all the boxes and the stuff controlling me (even Ryan's boxes are not safe!) and decided to either find a place for it or out it goes! I want to be able to enjoy the baby and in order to do that I needed to get the house straightened (mom clean). Trunk-or-Treating and Family Home Evening parties, I am just flying by the seat of my pants!

OK so we tried the whole family the next day. Angelina took them for us and they turned out really good for an impromptu photo session. All the kids rolled their eyes and said "AGAIN?!"

Kids Pictures

I decided to drop everything I had and let the house fend for itself and take time to do some baby pictures. While I was taking Pearl's I figured that I get the other kids with her really fast and they turned out great. Thank you Kristen for showing me how to take professional looking pictures, "Picture People eat your heart out!"
