Congratulations Englers

T
Baby Julia was born yesterday at 11:09 and I was able to be there to help and take pictures. Good Job Erin and Jeremy...you did it!

Vail Pride Day

Last Saturday we attended our first Vail Pride day.
Foster sang with his preschool class first thing in the morning. He did great and when I figure out how to get it on the blog I will.

Then we watched all the other preschool classes in which Foster was very interested.

Later in the day (3pm) after a pouring rain and being stuck inside the Pima Hall Andrew performed with his choir.

It was a LONG day but we all had fun and everyone slept well that night!

Valentine's Day

Well daddy did a great job with the table for Valentine's day.

Unfortunately he wasn't there to see it because he had to be to work early. So here are the pictures for him.

Happy Valentine's Day Dad, we love you too.

Making Valentines

This year we decided to make valentine cards for everyone in their classes.

Everyone had fun cutting, stamping, and gluing.

Happy Valentine's Day

Real Food...well...sort of...

Ummmm... Rice cereal

Try some bananas

Believe me they're good

We'll try again tomorrow.

Almost Crawling

She has been getting rug burns on her forehead from doing this!

Pearl's Getting So BIG

She is now 6 months old. Where did all the time go? I can't believe that it went by so fast. She is almost crawling, talking all the time saying "Daddy" (so says dad but really it's only "da")

Just to tired to eat.

Almost there and lost a sock.

Cute as a button.

Having Fun w/Dinner

So lately I have gotten into a groove of making a menu meal plan for the week. I use cookbooks that have pictures ( a must!) and make dishes that sound good (and are healthy, using lots of vegetables).

Spinach souffle was really good. It was my first time making a souffle and everyone gave it a thumbs up.

Salmon and Asparagus risotto...this one was my favorite.

Carrot Cilantro soup was OK. It looked really pretty and I liked it but everyone else just endured and ate the salad and rolls. We are not big soup people around here.
