Andrews Rapping

Did I mention that I love this little webcam? I caught some very funny footage again. And I didn't have to do any work to get it, it's like fly paper.
Check it out.

Abigail's 7th Birthday

Abigail was excited this year to have a birthday party with friends. We had a grand time going to see "Alvin and the Chipmunks the Squeakquel", eating pizza, opening presents and having cake and ice cream!

Hello Andrew.

Imaginary Baseball

While we were at the park the kids wanted to play imaginary baseball. I'm not sure if this was a game they made up on the spot or one that they play at school but either way they all seemed to know the rules. Abigail was pitcher.

Foster up to bat.

But first a little coaching from Abigail.

Swing batter batter....swing!

Abigail wanted me to take a picture of her hair standing on end from the electric shock!

Andrew loves to dig tunnels in the sand. Every time we go it means he needs a bath because he is covered in dirt.

Making a difference

This year for Vail Pride day, Lilly's 3rd grade was given an assignment to make a difference. She decided she wanted to pick up trash at the park. Way to go Lilly.

Science Fair Project

It's that time of year again. This year Andrew wanted to experiment with generator and how changing the gauge and amount of wire changes the electricity generated.

They built a wooden and Plexiglas generators

This is the best picture I could take of the light that it generated when you crank it by hand.

Later we got smart and attached a drill and volt meter to measure the output of electricity.

I caught Andrew by his own doing. While I was looking around in Picasa I noticed a picture that I hadn't seen before and look what I found.

Don't take my picture...PICK ME UP!
