I can't what remember what we were making. But one second everything was fine and the next moment we were in the middle of an ambush.



-Luckily all I needed was a broom to clean up the kill.

Girls Book Club

We love girls book club. This last book we read was The Princess Academy. We made our own flower garland crowns.


Had baked apples which we also made and did a maypole.


It was so much fun to really experience the book.

We Love Grandma Nelson

Grandma Nelson is so wonderful and watched the kids so we could have a get away weekend. We had delicious (and I mean delicious) room service and got to spend the while day in the temple to celebrate our anniversary. What a treat!

Let there be LIGHT!

We originally had box fluorescent



lights in the kitchen and a salad bowl over our kitchen table.



Now they have been updated with beautiful fixtures and dimmer switches. Love those!

Our 13th Anniversay

Our anniversary was such a delight.


The kids made a restaurant upstairs with candle light and soft


music. They dressed in their Sunday best and were our waiters.


They helped make dinner and watched pearl.
