I know that I am good at ignoring things and background noise like all moms but this was ridiculous! I was cleaning up lunch and doing my own thing in the kitchen when I finally turned around to see what Pearl's problem was; I couldn't remember how long she had been fussing and I felt so bad, but it made a good picture!

The same thing happened to me the other day! Kendra was fussing in her room and when I finally went in to check on her she had her arm stuck in the drawer...
I think we have all had those moments. Now we can look back and laugh, but at the time our hearts break knowing we just ignored them when they needed us.
